By accessing kragrance.pk, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree to any provision, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan.

When you create an account on kragrance.pk, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to:

• ◆ Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
• ◆ Accept full responsibility for purchases made under your credentials

Placing an order on kragrance.pk constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Kragrance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• ◆ Product unavailability or inventory discrepancies
• ◆ Errors in pricing, product descriptions, or promotional terms
• ◆ Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transaction patterns
• ◆ Delivery to addresses outside our current service area
• ◆ Excessive order quantities inconsistent with personal-use purchasing

A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch a "Shipment Confirmation" email or WhatsApp notification. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements of receipt, not acceptance.

All prices displayed on kragrance.pk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected courier service.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already received a shipment confirmation. In the event of a material pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch to offer the option of proceeding at the corrected price or cancelling with a full refund.

Kragrance dispatches all orders within 1–2 business days of shipment confirmation, excluding weekends and Pakistani public holidays. Estimated delivery windows are:

Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon handover to the courier. Kragrance is not liable for delays caused by courier partner constraints, customs inspections, severe weather, or events of force majeure.

Our concierge team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your identity, address, and order details before dispatching a COD shipment. Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in order cancellation. This process exists to prevent fraudulent returns, protect inventory, and ensure that every genuine customer receives their order without disruption.

We invest considerable effort in depicting our bottle flacons, luxury velvet pouches, crystal attar vials, and liquid hues as accurately as possible through professional studio photography. However, slight variances may occur due to:

• ◆ Studio lighting conditions and photographic post-processing
• ◆ Screen calibration differences across monitors and mobile devices
• ◆ Natural batch-to-batch variations in organic and botanical ingredients
• ◆ Minor packaging refinements introduced between production runs

Such variations are not considered defects and are inherent to artisanal, small-batch perfumery. If you have specific questions about a product's appearance or scent profile, contact our concierge before ordering.

All content on kragrance.pk — including but not limited to brand names, logos, product photography, written copy, fragrance compositions, bottle designs, packaging artwork, and website source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kragrance and is protected under Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and trade-dress laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without express written authorisation. Unauthorised use will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

By accessing our platform, you agree not to:

• ◆ Use the site for fraudulent purchases, fake COD orders, or chargebacks intended to deceive
• ◆ Resell Kragrance products commercially without an authorised wholesale agreement
• ◆ Scrape, crawl, or harvest any content or data from kragrance.pk using automated tools
• ◆ Attempt to probe, breach, or circumvent the site's security infrastructure
• ◆ Misrepresent your identity, contact information, or delivery address
• ◆ Post defamatory, obscene, or harassing content on any Kragrance channel

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, Kragrance, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• ◆ Your use of or inability to access the website or its services
• ◆ Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in product content or pricing
• ◆ Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• ◆ Third-party actions, including courier delays or payment gateway failures
• ◆ Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities to fragrance ingredients

In all cases, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kragrance and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party right.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sindh, Pakistan.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of no less than 30 days.

Kragrance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via a prominent notice on kragrance.pk and, where feasible, communicated to registered customers by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
