Refund policy

Islam asks traders to give the customer right to return the goods. Allah’s messenger said whoever accepts back what he had sold to a Muslim, Allah will forgive his faults.
So as a follower of our Prophet Muhammad (SAW), we believe in refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You may request a refund or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Refund & Exchange Options

If your claim is valid, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Full Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Replacement: A new product will be sent to you free of charge.
  • Exchange: You can exchange the item for another product of equal value.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at our email within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect product, and a brief explanation.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping

  • For approved refunds/exchanges, we may provide a return shipping label or request you to return the product at your expense.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items purchased during final sales or promotions, unless defective.

6. Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
