Curated Scent Protections
Transit Discrepancies
If your order arrives with visible damage — cracked flacons, leaking seals, or compromised packaging — photograph the item within 24 hours of delivery and contact us for an immediate, no-questions-asked replacement.
Structural Flacon Defects
Manufacturing imperfections — a faulty atomizer mechanism, a misaligned attar dabber, or a defective cap thread — are covered for a full exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Sealed, Un-Atomized Perfumes
Changed your mind? If the perfume seal is unbroken and the atomizer has never been actuated, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original Kragrance gift packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- ✕ Perfumes where the seal or shrink-wrap has been broken and the atomizer actuated
- ✕ Attar oils where the dabber cap has been opened and the oil exposed to air
- ✕ Sample vials, promotional gifts, or complimentary additions
- ✕ Items purchased more than 7 days prior to the return request
How to Initiate a Claim

The Inspection Window
Once received, our quality team inspects the returned item within 48 hours. We verify the seal integrity, packaging condition, and match against your original order. You'll receive a status update at every stage.
Resolution & Refund
Upon approval, you choose: a full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days), or an exchange for any item of equal or greater value in our collection.

Return Shipping
For all verified transit-damage or quality-defect claims, Kragrance arranges and covers the full cost of return shipping via our logistics partners. You will never pay for our mistake. For change-of-mind returns on sealed products, return shipping is borne by the customer.

Exchanges & Upgrades
Prefer a different scent? You may exchange your eligible return for any product in our collection. If your new selection is of higher value, you pay only the difference. If it is of lower value, we issue the balance as store credit — valid for 12 months. Exchanges ship within 24 hours of approval with complimentary priority dispatch.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. We will request your account details (IBAN or account number) securely via WhatsApp or email and initiate the transfer within 5–7 business days of inspection approval.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotional campaigns or at a reduced price follow the same return eligibility criteria. Refunds for sale items are issued at the price actually paid, not the original retail price.
